Our Staff

The centre is staffed at ratios that are higher than required by the Ministry of Education. All staff are qualified or are in training.
Pauline

Kia Ora, My name is Pauline and I am the owner/manager of Pitter Patter Education Centre. I teach in Pitter Patter 2, however I also go over to the 'Infant/Toddler Centre' (PPEC1) at least three times each day and if needed I teach there.
I have been teaching now for 24 years and I am passionate about Early Childhood. It is awesome observing the children at our centres and being part of their Education. It is so rewarding when our 5 year old Children go off to school with the skills that they learn from us. I really love my job.
In my spare time, I enjoy eating out, music, travel and being with my wonderful family.

Karen

My name is Karen Wildbore. I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Degree in Early Childhood Education) and hold full registration. I really love teaching the children at Pitter Patter.
In my spare time I enjoy riding my horses, show jumping and I also enjoy spending time with my husband Matt and our twin boys Luke and Noah.

Amanda

Hi my name is Amanda, and I am very excited to be part of the teaching team at Pitter Patter. I have a degree in Early Childcare Education, which I gained through NZTC. I am married to Brent and we have two children Matt and Kelly.In my spare time I enjoy walking, reading and arts/crafts.I look forward to getting to know you and your child during your time at Pitter Patter.

Angela

Hello everyone, my name is Angela Bary. I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education). My husband Corey and I have a son, Kieran and a daughter Maddy.

Jessie

Hi, my name is Jessie.  I have a degree in teaching Early Childhood Education.  I am from China.  I have 2 children of my own.  I love being with children, watching them learn and grow and supporting them to develop new skills.  I look forward to meeting you and your child/children.

Emma

Kia Ora, my name is Emma.  I live in Feilding with my two dogs.  I work with the infants and toddlers.  I am working towards my degree in Early Childhood Education.  I love art, music and books and cannot wait to share my interests with you.

Amber

Hi, My name is Amber.  I am originally from Tauranga.  I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and am a registered teacher.  I am passionate about forming respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and whanau, along with supporting life-long learning.  In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors and painting.

Ivy

Hi, my name is Ivy.  I have a degree of Teaching (Early Childhood Education.)  I am from China and I have been in New Zealand since 2016.  I am passionate about developing positive relationships with our tamariki.  I look forward to meeting you.

Laura

Hi, my name is Laura and I am currently studying towards gaining my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) degree.  I live in Feilding with my partner and two children.  My daughter Harper also goes to Pitter Patter.  I look forward to meeting you.

Lorelei

Kia Ora, my name is Lorelei.  I am currently studying towards my bachelor of teaching - Early Childhood Educacation.  I live in rural Manawatu with my daughter Millie.  I work in the infants and toddlers centre and I have a passion for creative arts.  I look forward to sharing my interests with your tamariki.

Yvonne

Kia Ora, my name is Yvonne.  I have a Diploma of teaching Early Childhood Education.  I am a mother of five and a nana of nine grandchildren.  I have been involved in Early Childhood Education for 33 years and I am very passionate about teaching and child development.  I look forward to working alongside your children to support their learning and development.

Vanessa

Hi, my name is Vanessa.  I am origianally from Feilding.   I am the Pitter Patter chef. I have been a chef for many years and I have decided to put my love of cooking and children together and became part of the Pitter Patter team.

Kia Ora, My name is Jess.  I have a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and have been teaching since early 2012.  I live in Feilding with my partner and 9 year old daughter.

I believe that building meaningful relationships with tamariki and their whanau is essential to provide quality care and learning opportunities to support growth and development.  I look forward to meeting you and your tamariki.
